We always recommend buyer to visit our yard to check material physically in initial deals and do not rely on photos. We provide material photos for general idea, material may vary from photo provided by us because we are bulk seller and it is not possible for us to hold the same lot for you as in photo. Dispatch of available material is continuous process going on in our yard.

Terms:
1. We never give credit. Full advance payment is must before dispatch of material from our yard or port.
2. We never accept post-dated cheque.
3.You have to deposit 20% in advance of total amount initially for booking/total contract amount.
4. Clearing/Tax extra as actual (eg. Import Duty, Surcharge, Insurance, CHA Fees, CSF) in case of purchase from port.
5.Transport cost: as actual from our yard/port.
6. Loading cost: INR 0.5/Kg (Not applicable in case of whole container from port).
7. It is buyer’s duty to bear transport and loading cost.
8.Bulk Contract – You have to consume total material as per your commitment in 1 month of time.
9.We will settle deposit and premium/discount amount in last bill of contract, if you fulfill.
